Christmas on the Riverwalk is the annual holiday concert from the Heart of Texas Concert Band, which shares the bill with the River City Ringers and the Heart of Texas Singers. The concert takes place at Trinity Baptist Church in San Antonio.
The program is all live music, mixing concert band pieces, handbells, and voices. Between the band, the bells, and the singers, it covers a lot of holiday ground in one sitting, and it's a good pick for anyone who enjoys live Christmas music.
No tickets are required, and it's open to all ages, so bringing along the grandparents, the neighbors, or the kids is easy. Just show up, find a seat, and let three groups handle the holiday soundtrack.
