Holidazzle is the City of Schertz's holiday festival, put on by Schertz Parks and Recreation at the Hal Baldwin Municipal Complex. It fills the day with the Kris Kringle Market, holiday treats, and festive entertainment, then finishes with a lighted night parade.
Little ones can head for Mt. Schertz and the snow angel play area, then help you shop the Kris Kringle Market. After dark, the Festival of Angels parade, a community lighted night parade, travels from Pickrell Park to Community Circle Drive. Registration to be in it is free and open to businesses, non-profits, and individuals.
Breakfast with Santa needs a separate registration, with three seatings at the Civic Center. Breakfast is pancakes, sausage, milk, and juice. Once everyone is served, Santa visits each family at his chair and photo backdrop, and parents take the photos, so keep your phone charged.
