When Dec 5, 2026
Where North Central Baptist Hospital, 520 Madison Oak, San Antonio, TX 78258
WinterFest San Antonio brings 80,000 pounds of snow to North Central Baptist Hospital, with snow slides, a snowman-making area, and a snowball play space. It's built for families with children, and the snow is the main event.
Beyond the snow, there's “ice” skating (new this year), carnival rides and games, photos with Santa, and live performances by local schools and community groups. Local artisans and vendors sell holiday gifts, and there's festival food and drinks to keep everyone going.
The All Access Pass covers a Santa photo, carnival rides and games, the snow slides, “ice” skating, and the other activities. Parents who don't need rides or a Santa photo can buy the basic event ticket. For a family photo with Santa, at least one child in your group needs an All Access Pass, and kids under 2 get in free. Parking is free. The festival goes ahead rain or shine, and tickets can't be refunded.
